Can I return my order for a full refund?If your order does not arrive or arrives in damaged condition, please contact me immediately! If a product is damaged or broken, please take and share a photo of the condition in which it arrived (as well as the packaging, if possible) and we can discuss next steps depending on your preferences. However, due to the likelihood of damage upon return, certain products cannot be refunded if the product is not defective (e.g., unpolished mountainscapes and stone & wire trees), so still reach out if you decide you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason!

My stone and wire tree arrived and doesn't look like the picture, what should I do?All of the wire I use is super flexible and easy to adjust on your own (however, there IS a limit to how much/often a piece of wire can be twisted/bent - so don't go crazy)! But of course, if you have ANY questions/concerns, please contact me with as many details as possible.

I really love a piece that isn't available anymore, can you make another?Honestly, not exactly. Since I use genuine/thrifted materials for all of my products, no two pieces will ever look EXACTLY the same; however, feel free to reach out and inquire - as (mainly depending on the product/product type) similar pieces MAY be created upon request.

How long does it take you to make a stone and wire tree?It definitely depends on the piece (mainly, how easily the roots adhere to the base), but on AVERAGE: I would guess between 7-9 hours. Major factors certainly include ease of root adherement, length of wire required, and how porous the base material is (i.e., more crystaline type bases are more difficult to keep roots in the desired place and taller/bigger trees take more time to straighten/cut the wire needed).

Do you make custom pieces?YES - I genuinely love the challenges and rewards that come with making custom/commissioned pieces, so please do not hesitate to reach out with requests!

Are all of the stones and metals you use genuine?In an ideal world, yes... in reality: probably not; but in addition to being honest/transparent about my knowledge and solely purchasing items advertised/claimed to be genuine stone, I do my best to specify when things have been thrifted (and thus I cannot verify for certain), when I'm confident that something is genuine metal or stone based on trust in my suppliers, etc. However, please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions about a specific piece!

How does Dazy Duker's try to stay "green"?In addition to buying supplies secondhand or locally whenever possible, packaging materials at boutiques/markets are paper products (that have been upcycled whenever feasible) and 100% of shipping materials are upcycled (aside from some tape/glue to safely secure items for transport).
